My clients often say “I get a different massage every time I see you!”   Treatments I provide are based on your needs and those needs may change from session to session.   One session you might need to decompress and relax with essential oils after a stressful week.   The next session you might need some range of motion stretches paired with deep tissue massage to loosen up an overworked muscle group.   I also pinpoint my treatment based on what your body is telling me and work out tension before it becomes a problem area.     Before we start, we will create a plan based on any physical issue you may be experiencing.   While I make suggestions, you make the choice on which therapy is used.   I will also periodically ask for your feedback during the treatment to ensure the pressure is perfect to maximize your experience.     Mobile massage is also an option.   I come to you with all the tools and equipment for you to have a thoroughly relaxing massage in your home.   Imagine being able to move right off the massage table to your favorite spot in your house to relish the relaxation.   This is also a great option if you are concerned about exposure to other people with Covid regulations.
