Her approach to the body can be described as anatomical Swedish techniques with a hybrid of Myofascial Release. The massage is deep and deliberate while respecting the clients comfort level and feels more like being 'ironed out'.  Through a thorough consultation and teamwork with her clients, Amy provides specific massage tailored to the individual's needs.
