Exciting Update: New Treatment Space Beginning January 3rd, 2026!

I  thrilled to share some wonderful news about the future of Bella Knead Massage.   Beginning January 3rd, 2026, all treatments will be offered in  newly relocated treatment space ( see new addres below) . This change brings an opportunity to enhance comfort, privacy, and overall atmosphere—ultimately creating an even better experience for every client. 

While I am incredibly excited for this next chapter, I also want to extend my  sincere apologies for any inconvenience this transition may cause to your treatment schedule. I  know that changes—especially when it comes to wellness routines—can require a little adjustment, and I  truly appreciate your understanding and flexibility.

New space: 495 IL - 21 Ste 113 Gurnee, IL 60031.  Sharing space with - Within Holistic Counseling 

Great news in the meantime:
Gift card purchasing will resume immediately, so you can once again treat yourself or share the gift of wellness with someone you care about.

As I  approach opening day at the new location, you can expect multiple reminders and details included with your appointment confirmations and messages. These will continue in the short term to ensure everyone becomes fully familiar and comfortable with the new address.

We pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional massage experience centered completely around you.  Receiving a massage with Bella Knead Massage is easy, therapeutic and, deeply relaxing!

*Things to know:

- We ensure access to hand-washing facilities on-site and require employees to wash hands frequently before and after each guest.

- We will have hand sanitizer readily available throughout the studio

- All tools, stations, and work areas are disinfected, UV'd, or disposed of (if single use) in between each guest.

- The treatment space is cleaned and disinfected with hospital-grade nonirritating disinfectant.

-  Laundry is single-use before laundering. Soiled linens are placed in the laundry area in designated containers.

* Cancellation policy: Since treatments are reserved especially for you, please make any cancellations 24 hours before your appointment to avoid being charged in full.

* Clients who are no-call/no-show for appointments may be subjected to cancellation penalties or scheduling restrictions on future appointments.

* Active military and veterans receive 10% off all services. Please have ID ready at checkout to receive a discount. Currently, the military discount is unavailable to family members or for 2-hour treatments.
