 We are a husband and wife team providing personalized massage therapy in a comfortable home-based studio in the Des Moines area.  Our approach combines professional training with genuine care, creating sessions tailored to your individual needs.  Whether you're seeking relief from neck and shoulder tension, tired hands and feet, everyday aches, or simply a chance to relax and recharge, we work with you to support your wellness goals.  

We offer a variety of modalities, including Swedish massage, deep tissue, reflexology, lymphatic massage, warm bamboo massage and Table Thai inspired massage.  Each session is thoughtfully customized because no two bodies-and no two stories-are exactly alike.
