Touch is perhaps the most overlooked innate resource humans have for health and healing. It is my job to hold space and create an environment ideal for my clients' journey towards wellness. Through compassionate and careful listening, I strive to make each session meaningful while being mindful of past traumas and histories, gently ushering the body toward its own natural healing abilities. I integrate several Western and Eastern modalities; including pulsing and rebalancing, neuromuscular therapy, hand and foot reflexology, acupressure, and John F Barnes' approach to myofascial release. I completed 100-hours in Trauma Touch Therapy in 2024, and am [currently] Nebraska's only Trauma Touch Therapist. This, in combination with my on-going education in psychology, is used to assist clients with psyche-soma severances, balancing the individual somatically while helping ease mental disruptions caused by past traumas and current stressors.
