My mission as a Licensed Massage Therapist is providing a custom treatment experience for every client.  Each person is absolutely unique with specific needs, personal wellbeing goals, and health situations that deserve individualized consideration and care.  I integrate various techniques including Swedish massage, sports massage, lymphatic drainage, pre- and post- surgery massage, reflexology, and complimentary aromatherapy in all treatments.  As a Reiki practitioner, I also offer intuitive Reiki energy and chakra balancing utilizing crystal therapy and guided meditation as desired to accomplish health goals on all levels of the self – body, mind, and spirit.
