I'm a Licensed Massage Therapist and Reiki Master with over 12 years of experience helping clients reduce pain, relieve tension, and reconnect with their bodies. I specialize in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, medical massage, focused bodywork, cupping, gua sha (muscle scraping), and Reiki/energy healing.

Every session is custom-tailored to your individual needs and focused on addressing the areas that need attention. We'll begin each appointment by discussing your goals and concerns so I can create a therapeutic session specific to you.

While massage is often the starting point, I also offer the option to integrate Reiki or other forms of energy healing into your session if you're open to it. Many people find it calming and restorative, particularly during times of stress, grief, or emotional overwhelm.

My practice is located out of my home on 7th Ave in Coralville, IA. The space is cozy and candlelit with a relaxed, down-to-earth feel.

Please note: All services are strictly professional and non-sexual. I also have two friendly dogs and cats who are kept in a separate room during appointments. However, if you have a sensitivity or allergy to pets, I may not be the best fit for you.
