I am Anne VanderNaald and I have been a licensed massage therapist since 2012. 

I attended Lane Community College in Eugene, Oregon for my massage therapy certification, then became licensed and worked in Juneau, Alaska for four years.  I have been in private practice in Des Moines since 2016. 

I love helping people reconnect with their bodies through massage therapy and some much needed Stillness. 

While most of my clients come to see me for focused, deep tissue work, I also offer relaxation, prenatal, and post-partum massage therapy, with sprinklings of trigger point therapy and Level I Zero Balancing energy work. 

I also volunteer teach the Massage In Schools Program in classrooms for kids ages 5-12 and offer instruction for a similar massage sequence for families or personalized groups.
