Elaia Bodywork Hawaii was born from that simple but powerful realization. For more than a decade I had run my own surf and swimwear business, and over the years, the stress started accumulating in my body. Chronic headaches, insomnia and a nervous system that was always on edge. I was extremely active — but I had no intentional recovery routine. No amount of vigorous exercise fixed my ongoing pain.
What finally helped was prioritizing recovery. Sleep, meditation, nutrition & massage. I came to understand that recovery isn't the opposite of performance — it's what makes real performance possible.
- My Intention
Helping others feel their best is something I've always been drawn to. Working on someone as a massage therapist and feeling them let go of tension during a session — that's the most rewarding feeling for me.
Bodywork takes me into a flow state. When the session is over and I watch my clients walk out of the room... moving lighter, breathing deeper, freed from pain... My heart is happy. That's why I love what I do.

I offer therapeutic massage and bodywork for a wide range of needs — chronic tension, sports recovery, stress relief, pain management, and general wellness maintenance. Sessions draw from Thai, Swedish, Lomi Lomi, Shiatsu, Deep Tissue, and Ashiatsu barefoot massage, blended and customized to what your body actually needs that day. I work with surfers and athletes, desk workers, older adults, and everyone in between.

Elaia Bodywork Hawaii is located at 66-037 Kamehameha Hwy, Suite B, Haleiwa — in the same building as Florence Marine X, between 7-Eleven and The Growing Keiki. Pull into the driveway next to 7-Eleven and park directly in front of the building.
VIP In-home sessions are also available for those who prefer to receive care at home.
