Massage found me naturally — I grew up watching my Taiwanese mother run her TCM & Acupuncture clinic, and holistic health has been part of my life ever since. That early exposure shaped how I think about the body: not just as something to fix, but something to maintain, restore, and listen to.
I trained at Thai Esan Muscular Arts (T.E.M.A.), completing their full program, and I'm a licensed massage therapist in the state of Hawaiʻi. My work draws from a blend of Thai, Swedish, Lomi Lomi, Shiatsu, deep tissue, sports recovery, and Ashiatsu barefoot massage — techniques I combine based on what each person actually needs, not a one-size-fits-all approach.
My sessions attract a wide range of people — active surfers and athletes, those dealing with chronic tension or pain, and older adults looking for regular therapeutic care and gentle maintenance work. Whatever your age or activity level, the goal is the same: help your body feel better, move easier, and recover well.
I'm based on the North Shore of Oʻahu and offer sessions at my studio in Haleiwa as well as in-home visits from Mokuleia to Sunset Beach. Outside of the treatment room, you'll find me in the water, at the gym, on a trail, or on a yoga mat — so I bring a real understanding of how physical life affects the body to every session I give.
