I’m Sarah, a licensed massage therapist with over a decade of hands-on experience in spas and sports clubs across England, Zimbabwe, and South Africa. I first trained and certified at Cornwall College Saltash in the UK. After moving to Athens over 20 years ago, I stepped away from massage to raise my family. Recently, I recertified at the Oconee School of Therapeutic Massage and returned to practice with renewed insight and expanded techniques. I’m excited to bring this depth of experience to my work at Living Balance.
