Michael Parente, LMT, is a board-certified Licensed Massage Therapist through the Florida Board of Massage Therapy.  He is a licensed massage therapist in Florida (MA 105801), and is certified in VA Medical Massage, Holistic Manual Lymphatic Drainage for Pre/Post Surgery, Lymphedema and Lymphatic Maintenance, Breathwork, Reiki, and is a certified Yoga Instructor through the International Yoga Alliance.  Additionally, Michael is a practitioner of Reflexology, Meditation, Mindfulness and Transcendental Meditation (TM).

As a seasoned wellness practitioner, Michael began providing massage in his early teens, He completed his formal training at the Cortiva Institute - and thrives on learning new techniques to enhance his skills and further help his clients - he has traveled the world extensively experiencing and studying a myriad of massage practices and techniques.

Michael brings a functional holistic approach to wellness through his own style, which is built upon centuries of practices from Galen to modern day techniques.  Michael helps heal the entire body - Mind, Body, Spirit, Energy.  

With a deep understanding of human anatomy and physiology, he specializes in various holistic massage modalities, including; Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial, neuromuscular / trigger-point, sports, stretching, cupping, range of motion, percussive therapy, reflexology, palliative care, prenatal, and manual lymphatic drainage (pre/post op), among others. His tailored treatments prioritize the unique needs of his clients, fostering overall well-being and relief to Celebrate Wellness.

Michael's empathetic nature and focus on both physical and emotional health make him a trusted partner in wellness and through Eastern wellness philosophy, Michael begins each session with an energy reset and creates a relaxing, healing environment designed to ground the parasympathetic nervous system and to rejuvenate beyond mere physical relief.

Outside of work, Michael participates in continuous reflexology, anatomy and massage modality training. He enjoys nature, music, Tai Chi, yoga, cycling, the beach, his Siberian Husky, travel, writing, and stand-up comedy. These interests inject creativity and joy into his practice. Known for his friendly demeanor and humor, he ensures clients feel comfortable and cared for.

Michael is also a member of the American Massage Therapist Association, Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals organization and the Florida Association of Reflexologists.
