I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Doula in Tallahassee, Florida, deeply passionate about women's health and the care of mother's through every stage of their reproductive journey.

A doula is a trained companion who provides emotional care, physical comfort support, and evidence-based informational support for families throughout pregnancy, during labor and birth, and the crucial first few weeks after birth. ​I sought out a career in therapeutic massage to have the autonomy and flexibility needed to return to consistent birth and postpartum doula work. This combined focus allows me to facilitate a reciprocal relationship where each career grows the other, fulfilling my passion to serve the world by nurturing families — the heart of any community. 

​My massages are known for being highly therapeutic, balancing deep relaxation with a thorough approach to pain relief. ​I draw from a broad skill set, including: ​Prenatal and Postpartum Massage, Connective Tissue / Deep tissue massage, Neuromuscular / Trigger-Point Therapy, Swedish, Sports Massage, and a bit of Thai Massage. ​I am currently training to become certified in Orthopedic Medical Massage.
