I’ve spent over 30 years learning about human behavior, emotional well-being, and holistic healing. I’ve seen how unresolved emotional challenges and past experiences can show up as physical discomfort or illness, and it is my heartfelt goal to help my clients restore balance, vitality, and overall wellness.

I am a Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), a Licensed Massage Therapist, and an Ayurveda Practitioner. I am also a certified Baby & Infant Massage Instructor, supporting parents in fostering connection and well-being with their little ones. I hold an MBA in Integrative Therapies and am trained in Calatonia Therapy, a gentle somatic method that encourages deep relaxation and nervous system harmony.

I approach my work with intuition, compassion, and a desire to serve. By combining my experience and diverse training, I create personalized treatments that care for both body and mind. Whether my clients are seeking relief from chronic pain, stress, or emotional tension, my intention is always to provide nurturing care that supports lasting wellness. My practice is Pet Friendly. I communicate in English, Spanish and Portuguese. I have an ASL translator on speed dial as well. I am looking forward to meet you!

• Identity Verification Required: A valid, government-issued photo ID matching the name on your booking profile must be submitted via email or text prior to appointment confirmation. A physical copy of this same ID must also be presented in person upon the therapist's arrival.
• Secure Payment Only: All appointments must be secured with a valid credit card through our official online booking system. We do not accept paper checks, mailed payments, or overpayment/reimbursement arrangements involving third-party couriers or drivers.
• Right to Refuse Service: In compliance with professional standards, we reserve the right to decline or cancel any mobile booking if identity verification is incomplete, or if payment methods violate our standard business protocols.
