Welcome! I have been providing Professional Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork since 1998. Over 19 25yrs of learning, healing, evolving, & loving. I have worked in two Chiropractic Centers, one Day Spa, and have had a successful independent massage studio all the while. I have held a National Certification, Florida State (currently), Texas State, Montana State (currently) Massage Therapy License. I am also a American Bowenwork Certified practioner.
I combine Swedish Relaxation, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Release, and Deep Tissue Therapies specific to each individual clients areas of need. Each therapeutic massage session is as different and diverse as the client on my table, and changes as their massage needs do. In Bowenwork we enhance your bodies own powerful healing through the nervous system, fascial connections, & more. A specific NON Massage holistic healing.I love sharing information about massage and natural health & healing. I try to provide each client with helpful information to take with them to assist in their journey in self healing through Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork.
