We at Massage or Knot do not believe in creating pain to alleviate pain. 
 

Massage or Knot offers a safe space  to practice radical self care via massage therapy and Reiki. 
We offer services to anyone that identifies as female or non binary. 

We gladly accept male clients by referral only. 
 

We specialize in:

*headache relief. 

*pregnancy massage-Bonnie has been certified in pregnancy massage since 2003 and offers a custom made massage table. It has cut outs for the breasts and belly so pregnant folks can lay on their bellies and be completely supported. 

*Reiki-Bonnie is a Reiki Master and has been a practitioner of this gentle energy work since 1999. 

*working with survivors of trauma/violence which manifests itself as anxiety or depression.
