In 2015, she became a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) and has continued her evolution as a professional dancer, performance artist, and facilitator of self healing workshops focused on movement, somatic awareness, and energy flow.

Her bodywork blends traditional and intuitive techniques, including:

• Detached Realization Massage – a method focused on energetic detachment and emotional release

• Lymphatic Drainage Therapy – to support the body’s natural detox and immune flow

• Chiatsu Reflexology – a fusion of Shiatsu pressure points and reflexology for full body regulation
