I also offer Swedish massage, which is more of the traditional spa service. Deep tissue is not on my service menu because l believe it is not effective as a full body treatment.

Our bodies are amazing and we can work with them to get them back into harmony instead of forcing. Relaxation starts with the breath and central nervous system, then the muscles will follow.
