We are a clinical massage practice specialized in injury recovery, chronic pain management, and post-surgical care. Led by Michelle Reynolds, LMT (est. 2012), our focus is on assessing and treating soft-tissue restrictions to help you move better. We do not offer spa or relaxation services.

Our expertise includes Oncology Massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), Trigger Point Therapy, and Sports Recovery for all athletes. We are a safe space for those managing long-term illness and chronic conditions.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

• Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.
• If you are feeling unwell, sick, or dehydrated, please reschedule to protect other clients, many of whom may be immunocompromised. Anyone arriving sick will be denied service.
• Arriving more than 10 minutes late will result in your session being considered a No-Show. The appointment will be cancelled and a full session fee being charged to your card on file.
• Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule your appointment.
