Welcome. I’m Jaeci Carr, founder of WholeSelf MedicalMassage, a Covid-safe bodywork practice in Littleton, Colorado.
Now in my 25th year as a clinical bodyworker, I specialize in structured rehabilitative care for individuals recovering from motor-vehicle accidents, workplace injuries and persistent musculoskeletal pain.
Special Focus: Motor-Vehicle-Accident Recovery
A significant portion of my practice is dedicated to clients healing after car accidents, including rear-end collisions, side-impact crashes, and complex whiplash injuries.
Accident-related symptoms often linger long after imaging appears “normal.” Compensation patterns form quickly. Protective tension becomes habitual. What begins as acute strain can evolve into chronic restriction if not addressed methodically.
I commonly work with clients experiencing:
• cervical and thoracic strain
• disc-related compression patterns
• nerve irritation or referred pain
• facet joint restriction
• pelvic torsion and hip imbalance
• rib restriction and mid-back locking
• post-accident headaches or dizziness
• symptoms that never fully resolved after an earlier collision
These cases respond best to consistent, structured care that allows the body to unwind protective holding patterns and restore coordinated movement.
Sessions include focused assessment, precise soft-tissue rehabilitation, and documentation appropriate for personal injury cases when needed.
Understanding Persistent Pain
Whether pain follows an accident or develops gradually, it rarely appears without history.
Even when discomfort feels sudden, the underlying compensation or strain has often been building quietly over time.
The body is remarkably adaptive. Through homeostasis, it works constantly to stabilize and protect. Pain is not failure—it is communication.
Meaningful resolution rarely happens in a single visit. Lasting improvement comes from systematically unwinding patterns that may have developed over years.
The encouraging reality is this: Healing almost always takes less time than the pain took to develop.
When given the right structure, consistency, and skilled support, the body responds.
Pain Resolution: Chronic & Acute Conditions
In addition to accident recovery, I work with clients experiencing:
• neck and shoulder pain
• upper and lower back pain
• hip and pelvic imbalance
• knee instability
• foot and ankle pain
• posture-related strain
• long-standing compensation patterns
Treatment is individualized and clinically structured to address root mechanical drivers—not just symptoms.
How I Work
WholeSelf MedicalMassage is not a spa model.
Sessions are calm, clinical, and intentional.
Each appointment includes:
• structured intake and assessment
• focused rehabilitative bodywork
• attention to functional restoration and nervous system regulation
Care builds progressively. The body responds best when treatment is predictable and allowed to accumulate over time.
Clients often notice:
• decreased pain intensity
• improved mobility
• fewer flare-ups
• renewed confidence in their body
A Steady Path Forward
My goal is not temporary relief. It is durable improvement.
If you value consistency, realistic expectations, and structured care—this approach will likely serve you well.
With steadiness and care,
Jaeci Carr
