Unwind what's been held. Reclaim what's yours. I’m Carrie Coy—a nervous system-aware bodyworker with over 20 years of experience helping people release jaw, head, and chronic tension through an integrative blend of Craniosacral therapy, myofascial release, and intraoral TMJ massage. Clients often arrive at my table feeling stuck, stressed, or unseen. They’ve tried everything—but their bodies still hold the story. My role is to listen, gently and skillfully, so what’s been held can finally unwind. My Approach I don’t chase symptoms. I meet what lies beneath. This work is rooted in attunement, safety, and depth. Whether you’re dealing with TMJ, chronic tension, or stress-related holding, we move at the pace your body is ready for. Together, we create space for release—not just physically, but emotionally and energetically—so you leave feeling soft, safe, and more whole in your own skin. My Path to Bodywork I didn’t start my healing journey in a treatment room—I started in the kitchen. My early career was in the culinary world, using my hands to create nourishment. But I felt a deeper calling—one that led me from anthropology to massage school, and eventually to the profound world of Craniosacral therapy and somatic healing. Since 2002, I’ve built a practice around quiet precision and intuitive presence. Over the years, I’ve become known not just for results, but for the way I make clients feel: safe, seen, and deeply supported. A Bit More About Me I’m endlessly curious. Always learning. And completely in awe of the human body’s capacity to heal. When I’m not in session, you might find me hiking Colorado’s Front Range, crafting meals with love, or spending time with my neurodiverse son—who teaches me daily about presence, acceptance, and the nonlinear beauty of healing.
