Cancellation Policy
Life happens...I kindly request that you notify me via text or phone call if you need to cancel or reschedule as soon as possible. Any cancellations or reschedules within 2 hours of appointment may be charged $25 for every 30 minutes of booked time. No call no show to appointment the full-service price will be charged. I will extend the same courtesy to you and your time along with the same monetary penalty.
Expiration dates
All Gift Certificates expire 6 months from date of purchase, they are transferable but not refundable. Packages expire 6 months from date of purchase and are transferable but not refundable. Membership credits expire after 3 months from date of purchase. Memberships may be canceled at any time.
