When I was little my grandma asked me to roll her back with a rolling pin like when we make cookies. I would always put her to sleep. After graduating high school I started massage therapy school and have never looked back. I love my career and helping others feel relief and relaxation. I attended Lauterstein-Conway Massage School in Austin Texas graduating in 2001. I went on to completed their advanced 250 hour course learning: Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Integrative Bodywork and more.  I LOVE to learn, and have continued to supplement my education over the years with various modalities such as TMJ, reflexology, zero balancing, etc. My approach is individualized to my client and their needs and preferences.  I provide therapeutic massage therapy in the comfort of your home. I serve Castle Rock and surrounding areas.  In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, including my fuzzy family with a labradoodle and domestic medium hair cat, going on hiking trips and traveling, comedy, pilates, and hanging out with friends.  I look forward to meeting you!!
