Lori is a certified and skilled Structural Integration practitioner as well as holding an advanced certification in  myofascial release.  She has extensive experience and training utilizing Structural Integration/myofascial release techniques and theories in single sessions.  Myofascial pain release can help in dealing with chronic or acute health needs and is an ideal format to try an SI session or on it's own. Lori's passion comes out of her own experience with chronic pelvic and back pain and searching for options for movement and a new relationship with the body. She became a student of yoga and is certified yoga instructor, which informs her work with clients. While she looks at the body through a global lens, she is particularly interested in postural issues; specializes in, but is not limited to treatment of pelvic dysfunction, headaches, TMJD, neck and shoulder pain/issues. Through communication Lori keeps her bodywork client centered and integrates different modalities when needed. She helps her clients to become cognizant of habitual movement patterns and imbalances in their body and will work with you to improve your quality of life, improve relationship to gravity, restore structural integrity, facilitate injury recovery, and/or manage chronic pain.
