With a wealth of experience, Sidney's dedication to healing led her to become a certified Massage Therapist in 1999, marking the beginning of her journey into the realm of holistic wellness. She is a seasoned practitioner of Hatha Yoga, having obtained her certification from Mount Madonna Center in 2003. Thai Massage was ignited in 2006 during her immersive training at the revered Wat Pho Temple in Bangkok, Thailand. For deeper refining of skills, she pursued studies and apprenticeships at Twin Lakes College of Healing Arts and Spirit Winds School of Thai Massage. She has somatic trauma training from Hakomi Institute and further somatic training and certification from The Embody Lab. She has expanded to whole heartedly offer opportunities for community connection, Thai Massage Workshops. She supports deep transformational personal inner explorations through Somatic Coaching, Psychedelic Assisted Bodywork, Psychedelic Journey sessions and Integration Coaching. FOLLOW ME:
