I offer a variety of massage techniques: deep tissue, neuromuscular, trigger point therapy, myofascial, craniosacral, energy work, Swedish, and pregnancy. Each massage is tailored to meet the individuals needs at the time of service. Inevitably each appointment ends up being a creative combination of a few to many of these modalities.
