With a foundation in Neuromuscular Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Trauma-Informed Bodywork, Reiki Level I, and a CNA medical background, sessions integrate both structural precision and nervous system awareness. Techniques may include targeted neuromuscular work, cupping therapy, mobility support, and focused therapeutic treatment based on your individual goals.
