BBossCaree offers professional and luxurious massage therapy with a focus on healing, stress relief, and self-care. All services are custom-tailored, and you may choose between Swedish or Deep Tissue techniques during your session. We also provide on-site chair massage for events, workplaces, and private bookings. 

Policies

Booking & Payment

• All sessions must be booked in advance through MassageBook.
• A valid credit/debit card is required to hold your appointment.

• Payment is due at the time of service via card, cash, or mobile payment.

  Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance with no fee.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the service price.

• No-shows will be charged the full service price

  Late Arrival Policy

• If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to respect clients scheduled after you.

• You will still be charged the full amount for the session.

  Health & Safety

• If you're feeling unwell, have a fever, or show symptoms of illness, please reschedule your session.

• All tools, linens, and surfaces are thoroughly sanitized between clients.

  No Refund Policy

• All services are final sale. No refunds will be issued once a session has been completed.
• As a certified professional, I dedicate my time, training, and full energy to each client session. The service provided reflects a full commitment to quality care, regardless of subjective client preference.
• Massage therapy is a collaborative experience. By booking, the client acknowledges that time, effort, and preparation are invested for their benefit. If expectations are not met, feedback is welcomed for future improvement, but refunds will not be granted for services performed in good faith and to professional standards.
