My name is Emmanuel Pereyda but you can call me Manny. I am currently a student at National Holistic Institute in Ontario, California where I’m learning a variety of massage techniques that range from Eastern modalities such as shiatsu and thai to Western modalities such as Swedish, deep tissue, MFR, Trigger Point Therapy, etc. I am also learning the importance of self care and well being and how to implement what I’ve learned to help you achieve a state of relaxation that allows your body to heal itself. I have done externship work at both Massage Envy Upland and Fontana locations.  As someone who used to work hard labor jobs such as warehouse jobs and maintenance, I know what it’s like to feel tense, stressed and tired all the time. We owe it to ourselves to have moments to unwind, destress and truly relax and let go of everything that’s keeping us from feeling good physically, mentally and spiritually. I truly believe that my purpose in life is to serve, therefore, I am here to serve you!
