Hi, I’m Jesse Anoraj

Award-winning Sports Massage Therapist, Advanced Neuromuscular Therapy Specialist, and owner of Artisan Neuromuscular & Sports Massage Therapy in Los Angeles.

My foundation in bodywork began in Chiang Mai, Thailand, where I trained in the art of Thai massage, an ancient practice rooted in the relationship between the body, nervous system, and movement. That foundation drove me to Los Angeles, where I completed 1,250 hours of intensive clinical training at the National Holistic Institute in Studio City, graduating with honors and an Advanced Neuromuscular Therapist and Health Educator diploma.

I specialize at the intersection of Eastern bodywork and Western clinical science, bringing precision to every session. My work draws on trigger point therapy, myofascial release, orthopedic massage, and cupping to address the root causes of pain and dysfunction, not just the symptoms. I also apply neuroscience principles to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, helping recovery happen faster and more completely.

My clients range from professional athletes, referees, performance dancers, and tactical athletes to senior athletes focused on recovery care and sustained mobility, as well as desk workers and those managing work-related injuries, and patients referred by physical therapists, occupational therapists, and neurologists who trust this work as part of a broader care plan.
