My journey in the field of massage began by looking for a way to make a living, I never thought I would learn as much as I have. I worked the first years of my massage career in a spa, learning valuable techniques in how to relax the body and mind. Having worked with many different clients consistently really proved the effectiveness of massage. Then I spent years working for a physical therapy clinic where my skills as a massage therapist and my knowledge of the human body greatly expanded. Through all my time learning from practitioners with more experience and education it is clear that the body heals faster when massage is utilized to improve muscle and tissue function.
