METTATHAI Bodywork combines Nuat Thai and massage therapy techniques to improve relaxation and relieve muscle tension. “Nuat” is commonly practiced in Thai culture to treat muscle discomfort and is accepted around the world as a form of massage therapy. The integration of Nuat Thai and massage therapy is known as bodywork. It involves the use of hands, elbows, knees and feet on "sen lines" or tight muscles to improve its tone. Rhythmic compressions are combined with passive stretching to soothe and relax the body. METTATHAI is dedicated to deliver a holistic approach to massage therapy as well as contribute to individual health and wellness.
