Hi, I’m Kendra, a licensed massage therapist and founder of Sacred Flow Bodywork. I graduated in May 2026 from National Holistic Institute, completing comprehensive training in both Eastern and Western massage modalities. My Eastern training includes Shiatsu, Thai Massage, acupressure, reflexology, and energy work, while my Western training includes Swedish, Deep Tissue, and therapeutic applications of heat.

I combine hands-on clinical experience with a strong foundation in anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology to provide sessions that are both therapeutic and deeply relaxing. My goal is to create a personalized, nurturing experience where each client leaves feeling restored, balanced, and fully supported — all in the comfort of your home with my mobile massage services.
