Healthy touch is powerful,Therapeutic bodywork and Integrative therapy does not have to be direct skin touch to carry deep potency of nourishment and healing. It is my life mission to be a conduit of neutrality that holds all things in love to give it breath and space to be seen, heard, and expressed in a safe way in which freedom from pain can be realized. 

I want you to know with the combined experiences in Integrative Therapies, Therapeutic Bodywork and other alternative therapy I have acquired in the last 30 years, had someone had these in all the years earlier, I am confident that I would have found freedom way sooner! I am so in love with the integrative process I learned as it was the missing piece of my journey, getting out of my head and into my body.  

I am excited for clients to have the freedom to explore their connection of mind body and spirit and create a higher level of balance and awareness through teaching & utilizing skills I have learned and  I have practiced throughout my life of awakening from what I thought life should be to the life that I created.
