Hello friends! I am Stephanie Brackeen, Master Massage Therapist and Certified Rolfer™. I am grateful to be serving Northwest Arkansas region.  In 2018, I graduated from Center for Natural Wellness, School of Massage Therapy in Upstate New York, which is one of the highest accredited states for Massage Therapy education. For over 7 years, I have been practicing massage therapy and delving into continuing-education classes. I completed my internship in a Nursing Facility and throughout my career have become very familiar with many aliments (fibromyalgia and other autoimmune diseases, cancers and mastectomies, and multiple sclerosis, just to name a few). In October 2025, I graduated from Dr. Ida Rolf Institute® in Boulder, Colorado and opened Natural State Rolfing® in Bella Vista on Forest Hills Boulevard, in January 2026. My signature style is a low-and-slow flow; the longer the session, the more in-depth we can get! Custom created to ensure your body and soul received exactly what YOU need, an array of techniques will be interwoven throughout your session. Craniosacral Therapy (CS1 Certified Via Upledger Institute), Myofacial Release, Lymphatic Drainage are also available as sessions.  Each session includes, aromatherapy (Created specially for clients of SDM by Miss Morgan Munger of Fern & Fire Creations), hot towels, lavender hot pack, and a heated eye mask.  *Cupping tools and scrapping tools are available for a deeper healing experience.  Be kind to your SELF, make an appointment to experience your healing session today!
