Greetings! My name is Kayla, and I have been practicing massage since 2023. I specialize in therapeutic massage, where we work toward a wellness goal together. I have experience in migraine/ headache, TMJ, craniosacral, chronic pain, arthritis, stress relief, and more. Whatever your needs, I would be happy to work with you!

I went to school at Bridgerland Technical College in Utah, before moving to Colorado to practice and learn more from various other professionals. I have recently moved here to Alabama, and am looking forward to expanding my skills and expertise. Currently I am working towards adding Ashiatsu to my repertoire. 

If you're unsure which type of massage is right for you, select the Customized Therapeutic Massage option. However, no matter what you choose,  we will have time to talk about your needs and wants. You get your full booking time, from hands on to hands off. Consultations and change-over time do not effect the duration of your session. (Arriving late, however, does!)
