Delivery Method: I arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to set up. We will walk through an intake, mobility assessment, and plan for the service. You will receive a hands-on massage or stretch for the time scheduled, followed by a post-massage consult. After the consult, we walk through a few stretches to keep your muscles loose in between sessions. Literal luxury in your living room–an all-inclusive experience that allows you to have more understanding of your body from the comforts of your home!
