Welcome to Cove Massage LLC. My name is Shirley Martell, and I have been in massage for 8 years now after leaving the world of physical therapy. I hold a Bachelor's in Exercise Science from American Military University. As well as a Certificate of Massage from the Madison School of Massage Therapy.  I absolutely love massage and working with clients to maintain daily functions while battling chronic issues, as well as assisting to rehab acute issues that arise. I am a ballet dancer and teacher as well, so I understand how the body moves and that it is fearfully and wonderfully made. I am excited to be working along side Cove Chiropractic to offer our clients the ease of receiving both treatments in one location. 

Each massage is customized to fit the individual's needs. My style is more Therapeutic or "Myofacial Swedish." This is slower, broad work that has the effects of a deep tissue without the pressure, and typically with much less oil. I do also offer Pre-Natal massage to give relief to our expecting mommas. I offer 60 or 90 min sessions for your convenience and preferences. 

I do have a cancellation policy of less than 24 hrs it is a 100% fee. 24-48 hr cancellation is 50% of the service fee.

Due to an increase in no-shows, a valid card will now be required to be kept on file when booking appointments. This card is not required to be used for payment at the time of service—it is simply to hold the appointment.
