Welcome to My Peace Massage, located at Cove Chiropractic in Huntsville, Alabama.

With over 14 years of professional experience in spinal rehabilitation and luxury spa settings, I combine therapeutic techniques with comfort and relaxation, tailoring each session to individual needs.

My Customized Therapeutic Massage incorporates Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Sports Massage techniques, along with stretching and targeted muscle work. Each session is personalized to address muscle tension, support mobility, or simply provide relaxation.

I also offer Facial Sculpting & Lifting Massage, combining deep yet comfortable facial muscle work with gentle lymphatic drainage techniques. This treatment aims to support circulation, reduce the appearance of puffiness, and promote a refreshed, lifted appearance while easing tension in the neck and TMJ area.

I believe massage therapy and chiropractic care complement each other beautifully, working together to support better movement, recovery, and overall well-being.

For me, quality care starts with listening. Your needs and comfort are my priority, and I look forward to welcoming you to My Peace Massage!
