I’m Kyla Evans, LMT, MLD-C, a Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage practitioner trained in the Vodder technique. My practice is conveniently located within Journey for Health Chiropractic Clinic in Anchorage, Alaska, providing a professional and collaborative setting for your care.

My practice is centered around individualized, therapeutic care for clients seeking support with healing, recovery, pain, swelling, stress, and overall wellness.

My specialties include Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), therapeutic massage, certified prenatal massage, oncology massage, energy medicine, acupressure, herbal wellness, and nutritional support. I have additional education in nutritional herbalism, plant-based nutrition, iridology, and holistic approaches to whole-body health.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage has become an important focus of my practice. This gentle, specialized technique supports the movement of lymphatic fluid and may be especially helpful for swelling and edema, post-surgical recovery, lymphatic congestion, and clients seeking gentle supportive care. I also offer Integrative MLD sessions, combining lymphatic bodywork with personalized herbal, nutritional, and lifestyle recommendations when appropriate.
