I am a graduate of Mosaic Massage College and have continuing education in Medi-Cupping techniques as well as Grief Massage. 
I have unfortunately experienced my own fair share of grief, so I can personally attest to the amazing power of massage for helping to process grief and its myriad stresses. Massage is well known for its powerful effects on helping to manage our stress and regulate our nervous systems.

I have played music for most of my life and have received countless hours of instruction from University of Wyoming affiliated teachers. My music journey started with the viola in the 3rd grade. Playing viola led me to some interesting places - I ended up as 1st chair in All State Orchestra, won a string quartet competition at CSU and even traveled to England and Scotland to perform with an orchestra touring cathedrals!
I have left the orchestra life behind, pursuing my passion for music through guitar and piano instead. I have played guitar in multiple bands throughout the stare and currently play guitar in a rock band with my partner, Bridget, called Chaos Contained.
I love sharing my passion for music, and I hope to share it with you too!
