The Mountain Medicine Massage Team is growing! I am so grateful to my clients, my Headwaters team, and our community for the incredible support over the past 8 months as I have built my massage therapy practice at Mountain Medicine Massage. I am eternally grateful for the ability to live and work in Nature's Mountain Playground doing what I love! I am excited to announce, beginning May 31, 2025, we will be hiring our first of two new massage therapists at Mountain Medicine Massage! We have released a new service menu with more ways to customize your relaxation and healing at Mountain Medicine Massage. We will also be increasing our availability for appointments- now including weekends. With these enhancements to the Mountain Medicine/Headwaters experience and quality you have come to expect, there will be new booking and cancellation policies as well as the option for online booking. We appreciate your adherence to the following booking and cancelation policies to ensure excellent customer service!
Monday-Thursday Booking & Cancellation Policies:
No deposit is due at the time of booking for appointments scheduled Monday-Thursday. To avoid pre-payments for M-Th appointments, we request a minimum of 24 hr. notice in the event you need to cancel or your appointment. This enables us to fill the appointment and get you rescheduled ASAP.
Friday- Sunday Booking & Cancellation Policies:
- Appointments scheduled Friday-Sunday must be paid in full at the time of booking
- Cancellations received more than 7 days prior to scheduled appointment will receive 75% refund
- Cancellations received 3-7 days prior to scheduled appointment will receive 50% refund
- Cancellations received within 48 hours or without notice will be subject to the full service price
