Thank you for your interest in my wellness services! I have been a licensed and insured massage therapist since 2007, with specialties in deep tissue massage, chronic pain relief, pregnancy massage, fibromyalgia, and headache and migraine management.

In addition to traditional massage techniques, I also offer cupping therapy, hot stone therapy, hot towels, scalp hydration and headache treatments, and gua sha to help release tension, improve circulation, and promote deep relaxation.

With my background as a Registered Nurse, I bring a deeper understanding of the human body and the health conditions that can affect it. Each session is thoughtfully customized to meet your unique needs and goals.

I believe that health and wellness deserve top priority—so we can live long, happy, and fulfilling lives. I am currently pursuing my Family Nurse Practitioner degree and am a proud mom in a blended family of seven children. I love running and spending time outdoors.
