Hi! I'm Rachelle, a Registered Nurse (BSN) and Licensed Massage Therapist with over 19 years of continuous massage therapy experience and 16 years of nursing experience. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of helping thousands of people reduce pain, recover from injuries and surgery, improve mobility, and simply feel like themselves again.
I believe massage therapy should be more than just an hour of relaxation—it should be purposeful. Every session I provide is customized to your body, your goals, and what you need that day. Whether you're struggling with chronic pain, fibromyalgia, headaches, muscle tension, scar tissue, osteoarthritis, pregnancy discomfort, sports injuries, or recovering after surgery, my goal is to help you move better, hurt less, and get back to living the life you love.
My nursing background gives me a deeper understanding of anatomy, physiology, pain patterns, and the healing process, allowing me to approach each session with both clinical knowledge and nearly two decades of hands-on therapeutic experience. I combine a variety of techniques—including deep tissue massage, myofascial release, cupping therapy, hot stones, Gua Sha, stretching, and relaxation massage—to create a treatment plan that's as unique as you are.
Massage by Rachelle is a family-owned practice, not a corporate spa. When you walk through my doors, you're never just another appointment on the schedule. I take the time to listen, understand your concerns, and genuinely invest in helping you feel your best. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing a client return to gardening without pain, sleep through the night, enjoy a headache-free week, or simply pick up their grandchildren comfortably again.
Whether you're looking for relief from chronic pain, preventative maintenance, or a quiet place to unwind from the demands of everyday life, I'm honored that you're considering trusting me with your care. I look forward to meeting you and becoming part of your long-term wellness journey.
