With more than 30 years of healthcare experience, i understand that every person arrives with a different story.  Sessions may include oncology massage, myofascial release, Jin Shin Jyutsu, manual lymphatic drainage, or LaStone therapies.  Each session is adapted to your health, comfort and personal goals.

My purpose is to create a welcoming space where you feel heard, respected and genuinely cared for - because meaningful wellness is about more than time on the massage table.
