Whether you're scheduling a relaxing massage or using your insurance benefits for medical massage, my goal is to make the process as simple and convenient as possible.

Medical Massage

Scheduling with Insurance

Medical massage sessions are 60 minutes and are billed directly to accepted insurance providers, depending on your individual plan's coverage.

Follow these simple steps to book:

1. Verify your coverage. Contact your insurance provider to confirm your massage therapy benefits, including any referral or authorization requirements.
2. Schedule online. Visit my website and select Medical Massage from the available services.
3. Choose your appointment option. Select an optional 30-minute out-of-pocket add-on, or click “Skip This” to schedule the standard 60-minute session.
4. Complete your intake forms. You'll receive forms by email that must be completed before your appointment.

Before Your Appointment

Please remember:

• Do not prepay for medical massage appointments.
• Bring your insurance card, photo ID, and any required prescription or referral.
• If you accessed booking through Google, return to my website and schedule directly to ensure you select the correct service.

Please note: Clients are responsible for verifying their own insurance benefits before scheduling. Acceptance of an insurance provider does not guarantee massage therapy coverage.

Relaxation & Therapeutic Massage

Your massage should be as individual as you are.

I offer personalized relaxation and therapeutic massage sessions designed to help ease muscle tension, reduce stress, and support your overall well-being.

Whether you prefer gentle, soothing techniques or more focused therapeutic work, each session is tailored to your comfort and needs.

Payment Options

Relaxation massage appointments can be prepaid online or paid for at the time of your visit.

Insurance Providers

I work with several insurance providers and personally handle billing for eligible medical massage appointments.

Currently accepted providers include:

Coverage, copays, deductibles, and authorization requirements vary by plan. Clients are responsible for confirming their individual massage therapy benefits directly with their insurance provider.
