Hello, and welcome! My name is Heather Rishel, and I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and owner of Nivara Massage LLC.

I graduated from the American Institute of Clinical Massage (AiCM) in Post Falls, Idaho, where I completed a comprehensive 750-hour massage therapy program, including 150 hours of hands-on clinical massage experience. I became licensed in Washington State in April 2026.

Before beginning my career in massage therapy, I spent more than 20 years working in healthcare. That experience taught me the importance of compassionate care, active listening, and helping people improve their quality of life. Today, I bring those same values to every massage session.

My goal is to provide personalized, therapeutic massage that helps reduce pain, relieve stress, improve mobility, and support overall wellness.
