I am a licensed massage therapist specializing in gentle, restorative techniques that encourage your body’s natural ability to heal. My work is calm, intentional, and deeply restorative—supporting change without force.
My primary focus is Bowen Therapy, a subtle yet powerful, stand-alone modality using light, rolling movements over muscles, fascia, and nerves. These precise moves communicate directly with the nervous system, helping the body release tension, reset imbalances, and shift into a parasympathetic state—where true rest, repair, and healing occur. Many clients seek Bowen Therapy after struggling with chronic pain, stress, or long-standing conditions and often find relief when other methods haven’t helped.
Bowen is not a quick fix, but a process that works best as a series of at least three sessions, allowing the body time to respond and build on each treatment. Because the body continues to process the work during the pauses and in the days following a session, Bowen is designed to be done on its own. Combining it with other bodywork can interrupt that neurological response. By allowing Bowen to stand alone, the body has space to reset, integrate, and respond more fully—often leading to deeper and longer-lasting results.
In addition to Bowen Therapy, I offer Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) and Integrated Massage, both rooted in a gentle, nervous-system–supportive approach.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage uses slow, rhythmic techniques to encourage healthy lymph flow, helping to reduce swelling, support immune function, and promote detoxification and overall wellness. It is deeply calming and especially helpful for inflammation, post-surgical care, or when the body feels overloaded or sluggish.
Integrated Massage blends a variety of gentle techniques customized to your needs, whether you are seeking relaxation, stress relief, or support for areas of discomfort. Sessions are always tailored with care and intention, focusing on restoring balance and ease in the body rather than using force or intensity.
Each session is 90 minutes, allowing ample time to work without rushing—so your body can fully receive the benefits of care. Gift certificates and packaged sessions are available, making it easy to invest in ongoing wellness or share healing with someone you love.
