Hi!  My name is Lisa and I am a native Vermonter and a 2024 graduate of the Wellness Massage Institute. I recently changed careers to become a Licensed Massage Therapist and it has been a wonderful, fulfilling experience.  I am a strong believer in the power of helping the body to heal through massage.   There are numerous benefits including improving circulation, increasing range of motion and inducing deep relaxation and a sense of well-being.  I incorporate different modalities of energy and bodywork and we work together to address your specific needs.  I am looking forward to meeting you!
