My name is Shirlaine Frey Licensed Massage Therapist in the Central Vermont area. I have been doing custom orthopedic massage and trigger point therapy for the last 8 years at a Chiropractic office and previously worked at a spa in NH for 2 years. I received my education through White Mountains Community College in Littleton, N.H. 

I am excited and looking forward to taking the big step of going out on my own after nearly 10 years of experience in Massage Therapy.
